There are two bedrooms on the upper levels one with king a sized bed and the other with a queen , plenty of closet space and flat screen televisions. Both rooms have en-suite baths with both a shower and bathtub. On the roof terrace you’ll find 360 degree views of San Miguel and a comfortable area to relax.

Rental Rates:
Night: $300 / $400 for Holidays /Winter(2 Night minimum) Week: $1,350 / $ 1,600 for Holidays/Winter. Month: $3,200 / $ 4,200 for Holidays/Winter.
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
